CONCORD PARK NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING

Our Fiscal Budget
The new budget for 2006-2007 has been amended to allow for an
Additional $150.00 for entertainment at the Luau on National Night Out.
This was submitted to the City and approved.

National Night Out, Tuesday, August 1st, 2006
We've been thinking Hawaii! We have decorations, Tiki Torches
(We could use a few more), some Hawaiian Music and a spot for our Luau
picked out. We picked Cross Way this year; It's quieter there.
We plan to start on time, at 6:00 p.m. Dinner is first.
Let's concentrate during this meeting on the other things needed
to make our Hawaiian Luau a success! Food, Ice Cream, Ice, Soft Drinks,
Bottled Water, Tables, Table Cloths, Folding Chairs, Bowls,
Centerpieces, People, more Hawaiian Music, Help!
You can help! Just join one of our Committees: Decorating, Set Up, Food
(dinner is to be Pot Luck, but we need to know what people will bring).
You can be a part of this Illusion; we Just need a little of your help.
