CONCORD PARK
NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

MESSAGE

To All Residents:

        In today's busy world, we often feel rushed. We need to get
to work or school on time, or to some other situation which de-
mands our presence. This can lead us to drive too fast, which may
cause accidents.

        We're fortunate to be living in a relatively quiet, tree-lined,
park-like atmosphere where neighbors can congregate and help
each other improve and protect ourselves and our surroundings.

        There are quite a few small children in our neighborhood;
let's protect all our children, seniors and animals, too, by slowing
down our vehicles (and those of our visitors) and stopping for the
school bus when those red lights are flashing (it's the law!)

STOP
WHEN RED LIGHTS
FLASH

        The legal speed limit on our residential streets is 25 mph;
however, that's not necessarily the safe speed, and we hope every-
one will use good judgment where people, other vehicles and ani-
mals are concerned. Thanks for your cooperation.
