Welcome and Introductions

City Budget Workshop
Our Board Officers are invited to attend a workshop to review the proposed
City Budget for Fiscal Year 2007-2008 and the Ten Year Financial Plan
which will be held In the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, May 8th.
The presentations will begin at 5:30 p.m. Dave Pitman, our Treasurer,
has a copy of the City Budget Message for FY 2007-2008.

Dumpster Day is in June
We will have our Neighborhood Cleanup, "Dumpster Day" on June 2nd.
There will be an additional dumpster this year, on Cross Way.
We must provide our own volunteer "guardians" for each dumpster;
Dave Pitman will be assigning volunteers.

Planning National Night Out Agenda
We need to submit our Agenda for National Night Out; The deadline is
in early July, and Pat Taylor, Secretary/Coordinator, needs to type it early.
We will discuss inviting attendees to bring and/or wear historic-type
memorabilia to the event, and their responsibility for their own items.
Another Agenda which needs planning is the required Neighborhood
Meeting which takes place during National Night Out.
